Product Overview
The JZJ-136H is a handheld industrial acoustic imaging device combined with a thermal imager, widely used in various applications such as gas leak detection under pressurized or vacuum conditions, air-tightness testing, and locating abnormal equipment noises. The instrument employs microphone array beamforming technology to capture acoustic source distribution data, complemented by a high-definition camera that provides real-time video footage. By seamlessly integrating the acoustic source data with the video images—through a process known as acoustic-image fusion—the system dynamically visualizes changing sound sources directly on the display screen. This capability enables field inspection personnel to quickly pinpoint faults and gather critical information for effective troubleshooting. Additionally, the device is equipped with a high-pixel thermal imaging unit, allowing for precise temperature measurements and further aiding inspectors in rapidly identifying issues and making informed decisions.

Suitable for power operation and inspection, petrochemicals, coal mining and metallurgy, rail transit, as well as electrical systems in traditional and large-scale manufacturing industries, high-tech sectors, and more—including pressurized gas equipment and mechanical fault detection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can't charge the device?
The device may have been left unused for too long, causing the battery to lose charge. You can try charging it for an extended period. If there’s still no response, we recommend sending it in for repair. Also, please use the dedicated charger provided for each device when charging.
Can't connect the thickness gauge's flat plate to the instrument?
First, turn on the tablet’s hotspot and check whether the eight-digit number in the hotspot name matches the eight-digit SN code of the device. If they don’t match, make the necessary adjustments. Then, follow the instructions in the manual to connect the tablet. If you’re still unable to proceed, we recommend contacting customer support for assistance.
How can I fix the issue of fluctuating readings during thickness measurement?
It is recommended to connect the flat plate during the thickness measurement process and observe the waveform. If the waveform appears poor, switch to manual mode for inspection. If no consistent waveform is detected, consider potential material issues or probe damage—replace the probe and try again. If no waveform still appears after replacing the probe, the material itself may be of poor quality, making it unable to generate an effective signal.
